Contract Fly-in-Fly-out position in the mining sector in a remote and safe area of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Single status position (not favourable for wives and families to reside there) with a six day working week. Reports to the General Counsel & Company Secretary.

KEY TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

·    A minimum of 7 years of post qualifying experience, with strong preference as in-house counsel of an international industrial company

·    Experience with doing business in Africa, ideally DRC

·    Candidate should be able to commit working and residing in DRC
