The Korbitec Support Consultant role is dedicated to supporting the users of our range of software products. The management of all requests / support calls handled with the goal of ensuring that all requests / support calls are resolved quickly and effectively with a minimum number of calls requiring handover or escalation thereby ensuring client and management satisfaction.
Besides their expertise, they are known for their friendly attitude, helpful manner and efficiency.
Requirements:
· Matric
· Good working knowledge of Windows and MS Office
· Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
· Candidates with a passion for providing efficient, prompt and reliable customer service through personalised attention, sound communication and exceeding all reasonable expectations
· Candidates with a minimum of 5 years experience in all aspects of Conveyancing (essential)
· Candidates with the ability to grasp and understand technical concepts
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Customer Care
· Support via phone, email and remote support
· Support calls / request logging
· Communication with colleagues, clients, management and Specialists
