Job Requirements
v B Proc Degree or LLB
Admitted Attorney
2 years relevant experience in a law practice
v Knowledge and understanding of the following legislation:
o Magistrate’s Courts Act
o National Credit Act
o Usury Act and Exemption Notice
o Debt Collectors Act
v MS Office Skills
v Business Thinking Skills
v Decision Making Skills
v Planning Skills
v Communication Skills (written & verbal)
v Sense of urgency
v Performance & Results driven
v Attention to detail
v Knowledge and understanding of the workflow in a law firm, tracer office and Debt Collecting Company
v Knowledge and understanding of the Debt Collection Process
