Legal Degree/Business Degree
v Practical knowledge and understanding of Debt Counselling process as per Section 86 of The National Credit Act 34 of 2005.
v 5 years management experience in a legal collections environment
v Exposure to the debt counselling process
v Knowledge and understanding of the following Legislation:
o Magistrates’ Courts Act
o National Credit Act
o Usury Act and Exemption Notice
o Prescription Act
o Insolvency Act
v MS Office Skills
v Ability to work independently and under pressure
