How it works at Jobs4Law?

1. 3 Months money back guarantee - no replacement person - All the Money Back!

2. Exclusive to the South African legal market

3. Best placement rate in the industry

The idea
Over the last couple of years we have noticed that staff going into the legal market know exactly what they want in the company and position they are applying to - and  - the employers who are looking for candidates to fill positions for their firm, know exactly what type of person will qualify and which type of personality would suite the available position. In fact in the legal market, the employers have a much better idea on the type of candidate that would be successful than any employment agency could be - not because the agency doesn't know their market, but because legal staff are rather unique.

So we decided to offer both the job seekers and the employers a place to meet, introduce themselves to each other and then setup an interview to further establish whether they are correct for each other. We do not conduct interviews or screen our candidates; we merely put the parties in touch with each other. Simple but effective.

What we offer the Job Seeker
A free listing profile with quite a couple of questions, which will attract possible employers to your profile to request further information and it allows you to attach your CV if you so wish. We _strongly_ advise that you remain anonymous until you have seen who is contacting you before revealing your name. Feel free to contact us if you are not sure about the employer. Also please remove your listing if you find a job or if you no longer wish to be part of Jobs4Law.

What we offer the employer
A free listing of your vacancies at your firm. Again we _strongly_ advise that you do not provide your company name, until you are happy with the applicant's profile.  If the applicant is successful, Jobs4Law will invoice the employer for 9% of the basic annual remuneration package. If the candidate is to receive commission, a standard fee of R20 000 excluding VAT will be charged. Temporary placements will be charged at 25% of the monthly remuneration, should Jobs4Law be involved at all in the placement of such a temporary position.

An example:
Salary R10 000 per month
Medical aid from the firm of R1400 per month
Pension from the firm of R400 per month

The total monthly basic remuneration would be R10 000 (Annual R120,000.00) and the finder’s fee to Jobs4Law would be 9% of that, which is R10,800 + VAT (sorry but the taxman needs his cut!)

What we offer the Employment Agents
We know that you know this business very well and have great skills in placing candidates. We have a separate subscription where you can list your positions and candidates on the Jobs4Law system. When there is a successful placement from a listing on Jobs4Law we invoice you for 3% of the annual remuneration package - the balance is for you.

Contracts
Other than our Terms and Conditions when you subscribe, there are no other contracts. It is rather simple - if you place a candidate and you listed the job or the candidate on Jobs4Law site, you will be liable for the 9% of annual remuneration. If you don't get a successful placement through Jobs4Law - you don't pay.

Why is this better than other job sites?

It is not! We are an online placement company, BUT...... we only do this for the Southern African legal market, AND..... we are not a law firm with a small section doing legal placements, AND...... we don't ask a large percentage commission, AND..... we offer a Full 3 month money back guarantee of your staff placements - this excludes temping staff placements.

So if you are looking for a job in the legal market, what better place to find a job than a place which is dedicated to the legal market. And if you are a law firm looking for staff/partners, why not place your advert in a place which is dedicated to your legal market and offers a placement fee that is highly competitive.
